Acceptable use policy

This AUP is how you may use the No Socks site, cabinet and proxies. Read it with the Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Ethics. Contact: [email protected].

1. Who it covers

Everyone who uses the Services, including staff, resellers and bots. You are responsible for people you give the login to.

2. Principle

Lawful use only. Allowed: public data, price monitoring, SEO, checking your ads, market research, your own services. Forbidden: breaking the law or mandatory third-party rules, especially finance, accounts and anti-fraud.

3. Forbidden

• unauthorized access, stuffing, phishing, malware, botnets, DoS;
• payment fraud and stolen funds or crypto;
• spam;
• unlawful personal-data or credential trade;
• copyright and database right violations;
• child exploitation, trafficking, terror;
• sanctions, export and AML evasion.

4. Scraping and load

Automation only with a legal basis and without breaking closed access. Do not melt our gateways or third-party sites, bypass cabinet caps, or hide abuse behind rotation.

5. Resale

If you give access to others, they must be bound no more loosely than this AUP. You stay on the hook to us for their traffic unless a contract says otherwise.

6. Reports and remedies

Write [email protected] with subject Abuse. We may warn, cap, kill the list or ban with no refund. Active attacks may be cut without prior notice. We do not promise to read all traffic. Controlling language: Russian. Page: https://nosocks.net/aup.
